With Growth Comes Challenges |

While CBSAsia praises God for its fast expansion, there are a number of challenges brought about by its growth, that confront it.
 The need to expand its faculty. Many of the RTCs do not yet have a pool of faculty to do the trainings in their schools and still depend on the national office to provide them with professors. CBS-Asia has four itinerant professors that travel to these RTCs to train the students.
Financial support for operations and scholarships. While CBS-Asia has increased its number of financial supporters, its expenses have also increased. In addition, students from poor churches have found it very difficult to sustain their studies. CBS-Asia is providing them with subsidy to help them continue their training. |

“He never fails to speak to our hearts!” This is the sentiment of many who have attended Dr. Gene Wood’s seminars a number of times already. On February 10, Dr. Wood lead another seminar on the topic “Developing an Effective Leadership Team”. One hundred and eighty pastors and church leaders attended the CBS-Asia sponsored seminar at GCF-North in Quezon City. |
